PARTNER WITH US

There are many exciting ways you can get involved in our work - whether in mentoring; prevention of underage drinking, youth violence or prescription drug abuse; developing prevention materials or media advertisements.  We appreciate your interest in partnering with us to keep Connecticut youth safe, successful and drug-free.

Make a Financial Contribution
Your financial investment helps us strengthen and enhance prevention efforts in Connecticut schools, communities and coalitions, build the capacity of mentoring programs and ultimately ensure more positive outcomes for youth. To make an individual or corporate contribution, contact Mickey Mattei, Director of Resource Development and Communications at 860.523.8042 ext. 22 or

Sponsor a Media Campaign
Help us raise awareness and understanding of the issues youth face each day through sponsoring the production and/or dissemination of public service announcements. For more information, contact Liz Hall, Communications Specialist at 860.523.8042 ext. 12.

Promote a Prevention Program
Underwrite the costs of producing and distributing a pamphlet, manual or brochure (hard copy and/or electronic piece) on critical prevention issues.  Packages are usually developed from $2,500 up and your name will appear on the publication.  Contact Mickey Mattei (see above) to learn more.

Become a Mentor
Parents are the most important influence in young people's lives. But parents often need help. Mentoring offers parents the support of one more caring, one-to-one relationship that fosters their child's healthy growth. Learn more about how your company, organization or school can become involved in mentoring, or simply sign up to become a mentor.

Volunteer/Intern
Exciting opportunities exist for volunteers, interns or work-study students to get hands-on experiences in program development, evaluation, research, event planning, media relations and policy analysis. These opportunities are intended to supplement a student's education by providing real work assignments in a fast-paced, nonprofit organization. To begin the application process, please print the internship application or read more internship program descriptions.  For more information, contact Rae Selinger, 860.523.8042 ext. 21 or Rae Selinger.
