BULLYING

The Pacer Center:  Pacer’s National Bullying Prevention Center has a number of helpful bullying prevention tools and resources.  The Classroom Toolkits and Activities section has resources grouped by grade level to help you find bullying prevention activities that are right for the young people you support.  Pacer Center also has a site for kids and a site for teens, each with peer-to-peer activities and resources to guide young people in addressing bullying in their school and community.

Stop Bullying Now’s Advice for Youth provides practical information for young people around bullying.  It reinforces positive support from peers helping one another when bullying occurs and in fostering a positive climate.

STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

The Partnership’s Improve School Climate for Students with Disabilities project helps schools to foster a positive school climate for students with disabilities through training and peer-to-peer approaches.

The Pacer Center's Peer Advocacy Guide is a tool for supporting the development of self-advocacy skills in students with disabilities, and for teaching peers to be positive supports, in turn fostering positive school climate.
